Right of withdrawal
Under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day you receive the product, without giving any reason or paying a penalty. For orders in which multiple products are delivered separately, the period begins on the day the last product is received. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal before the product is delivered.
It is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice within the prescribed period by email to info@classmate.com.tr or by an explicit statement. Including your name, order number and the products you wish to return in your notice will speed up the process.
Return shipping and refunds
- We cover return shipping costs for returns made under the right of withdrawal; we will send you the shipping details for your return.
- You must send the product back within 10 days of your withdrawal notice.
- The product price and any delivery charge passed on to you will be refunded in a single payment, free of charge, through the payment method you used, no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your card may vary depending on your bank.
Partial returns of promotional orders
The “buy 3, pay for 2” discount applies to every 3 products in your cart. If the products you keep after a partial return still meet the promotion conditions, the discount is retained. If the conditions are no longer met, the promotional discount does not apply to the remaining products; the refund is calculated by deducting the undiscounted selling price of the products you keep from the total you paid for the order.
Example: You paid 648 TL with buy 3, pay for 2 for Water-Repellent Spray (349 TL), Cleaning Foam (299 TL) and Shoe Deodorant (249 TL). If you return only the Water-Repellent Spray, you receive a refund of 100 TL because the undiscounted total of the two products you keep is 548 TL. If you return the entire order, the full 648 TL you paid is refunded.
Cases in which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised
Under Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products whose protective elements, such as wrapping, tape, seals or packaging, have been opened after delivery and which are unsuitable for return for health and hygiene reasons. Products that have therefore been opened and used (sprayed or had foam dispensed) are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Your right of withdrawal for unused products is reserved.
The buyer is responsible for any loss in value resulting from use beyond ordinary use for examining the product.
Damaged, incorrect or missing products
If the package arrives damaged, ask the courier to draw up a damage report when accepting delivery, if possible. If the product is defective, incorrect or missing, write to us with a photo. For defective products, you may exercise your alternative rights under Article 11 of the Law (rescission of the contract, a price reduction, free repair or replacement with a non-defective equivalent); in this case, we cover all shipping costs.
