ORDER INFORMATION

Know the shipping cost upfront.

For free shipping, the order total after promotions and discounts are applied is used as the basis.

• 500 TL or more after discounts: Shipping is free.
• Less than 500 TL after discounts: The shipping fee is 75 TL.

For example, if your product total after discounts is 498 TL, a 75 TL shipping fee applies. If your product total after discounts is 500 TL, shipping is free.

Shipping on promotional orders

In the “Buy 3, Pay for 2” promotion, the free shipping threshold is evaluated after the promotional discount is deducted. Having three products in your cart does not qualify for free shipping on its own.
