As Penta Grup Turizm Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (the “Company”), acting as the data controller under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), we inform you about the processing of personal data of people who shop through classmate.com.tr and contact us.

2. Personal data processed
- Identity: first name, surname.
- Contact: email address, telephone number, delivery and billing addresses.
- Customer transactions: order, invoice, return and request details, correspondence.
- Financial: information on the payment amount and payment method. Card details are not seen or stored by the Company; they are processed by the payment service provider.
- Transaction security: IP address, device and browser information, website usage records.
- Marketing: promotional and newsletter preferences and cookie data, only if you consent.
3. Purposes of processing
- Receiving orders, collecting payment, delivering products and issuing invoices,
- Managing withdrawal, return, exchange and complaint processes,
- Responding to your requests and questions,
- Fulfilling legal obligations (tax, trade and consumer legislation),
- Ensuring website security and preventing misuse,
- Sending promotional and informational messages if you consent.
4. Legal grounds
Your personal data is processed on the following legal grounds in Article 5 of the KVKK: being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, being necessary for the Company to fulfil its legal obligations, being necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and being necessary for the Company's legitimate interests, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed. Commercial electronic messages are sent and marketing cookies are used only with your explicit consent or approval; you may withdraw your approval at any time.
5. Method of collection
Personal data is collected electronically through the order and checkout steps, contact forms, email correspondence and cookies.
6. Transfers
Limited to the purposes set out above, your personal data may be transferred to courier companies for delivery, payment institutions and banks for payment transactions, e-invoicing and accounting service providers for invoicing, and competent public institutions and bodies upon request.
Since the online store infrastructure is provided by a service provider established abroad (Shopify), your order and contact data is processed on that service provider's servers. This transfer is carried out in accordance with the procedures and safeguards prescribed in Article 9 of the KVKK.
7. Retention period
Personal data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and the retention periods prescribed by the relevant legislation (e.g. the periods in tax and trade legislation for commercial books and documents); at the end of that period, it is erased, destroyed or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose; know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad; request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly; request its erasure or destruction under the conditions stipulated in the KVKK; request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred; object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively through automated systems; and request compensation for damage if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
9. Applications
You may submit requests concerning your rights in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, together with information verifying your identity, in writing to Uzuntarla Mah. 319. Sok. No:25 Kartepe/Kocaeli or from the email address registered in our system to info@classmate.com.tr. Your application will be resolved free of charge within no more than 30 days; if the procedure entails an additional cost, the tariff determined by the Board may apply.
