Buyer
The person who provides their name, delivery and billing addresses, email address and telephone number when placing the order. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
Article 2. Subject
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the buyer through the classmate.com.tr website, in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
Article 3. Products, price and payment
The type and quantity of the products, selling price inclusive of all taxes, delivery charge, payment method, and delivery and billing information are included in the order summary at checkout and sent to the buyer's email address with the order confirmation. The order summary is an integral part of this agreement.
Shipping is free if the order total after discounts is 500 TL or more; below this amount, the shipping charge is 75 TL. For the “buy 3, pay for 2” promotion, the discount is applied automatically in the cart.
Payment is made using the methods offered at checkout through the payment service provider. Card details are not seen or stored by the seller. Instalment charges and conditions for payments in instalments are determined by the card-issuing bank.
Article 4. Delivery
Products are handed over to the courier within 1–2 business days of payment approval and delivered through the contracted courier company to the address the buyer specified when ordering. In all cases, the delivery period may not exceed 30 days from the order date. If the seller becomes aware that the order cannot be fulfilled within this period, the seller notifies the buyer and, at the buyer's request, refunds the amount paid within 14 days.
Delivery to a person other than the buyer at the address specified by the buyer is deemed delivery to the buyer. If the buyer notices damage when accepting the package, they must have the courier draw up a damage report.
Article 5. Right of withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day they receive the product, without giving any reason or paying a penalty. The withdrawal notice is made within the prescribed period by email to info@classmate.com.tr or by an explicit statement.
The buyer sends the product back to the seller within 10 days of the withdrawal notice. The seller covers the return shipping cost. No later than 14 days from the date the withdrawal notice reaches the seller, the seller refunds the product price and any delivery charge collected from the buyer, in a single payment, free of charge, through the payment method used by the buyer.
The buyer is responsible for changes and deterioration other than those resulting from use in accordance with the product's operation, technical specifications and instructions for use.
The “buy 3, pay for 2” discount applies to every 3 products in your cart. If the products you keep after a partial return still meet the promotion conditions, the discount is retained. If the conditions are no longer met, the promotional discount does not apply to the remaining products; the refund is calculated by deducting the undiscounted selling price of the products you keep from the total you paid for the order. Example: You paid 648 TL with buy 3, pay for 2 for Water-Repellent Spray (349 TL), Cleaning Foam (299 TL) and Shoe Deodorant (249 TL). If you return only the Water-Repellent Spray, you receive a refund of 100 TL because the undiscounted total of the two products you keep is 548 TL. If you return the entire order, the full 648 TL you paid is refunded.
Article 6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Under Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products whose protective elements, such as wrapping, tape, seals or packaging, have been opened after delivery and which are unsuitable for return for health and hygiene reasons. Products that have been opened and used (sprayed or had foam dispensed) fall within this scope.
Article 7. Defective products
If a product is defective, the buyer may exercise one of the alternative rights listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6502: rescission of the contract, a price reduction in proportion to the defect, free repair or replacement with a non-defective equivalent. Shipping costs relating to defective products are borne by the seller.
Article 8. Personal data
The buyer's personal data is processed within the scope of the KVKK Privacy Notice and the Privacy and Cookie Policy.
Article 9. Resolution of disputes
For disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees in the buyer's place of residence or where the transaction took place have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade; Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over disputes exceeding these limits. Provisions on mediation as a prerequisite for litigation remain reserved.
Article 10. Entry into force
The buyer acknowledges that, before confirming the order, they have read the Pre-contractual Information Form and this agreement, understood their contents and approved them electronically. The agreement is concluded upon confirmation of the order. Order information is retained by the seller, and the order confirmation is sent to the buyer's email address.
