2. Main characteristics and price of the product
The names, main characteristics, quantities and selling prices inclusive of all taxes of the products ordered are shown on the product page, in the cart and in the order summary at checkout. The order summary is an integral part of this form. Prices on the product page remain valid until updated; the price at the time you confirm the order applies.
For the “buy 3, pay for 2” promotion, the discount is applied automatically in the cart and shown separately in the order summary.
3. Delivery charge
Shipping is free if the order total after discounts is 500 TL or more; for orders below this amount, the shipping charge is 75 TL. The delivery charge is shown separately and added to the total at checkout.
4. Payment
Payment is made using the methods offered at checkout through the payment service provider. Your card details are not seen or stored by the seller. Any instalment charges and conditions for payments in instalments are determined by the bank that issued your card.
5. Delivery
Orders are handed over to the courier within 1–2 business days of payment approval and sent to the address you specified when ordering through the contracted courier company. In all cases, delivery will not exceed the statutory maximum of 30 days from the order date. Shipping tracking information is sent to your email address.
6. Right of withdrawal
You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of the day you receive the product, without giving any reason or paying a penalty. It is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice to info@classmate.com.tr. You must send the product back within 10 days of the notice; the seller covers the return shipping cost. The amount is refunded through the payment method you used no later than 14 days after receipt of the notice. Details: Returns and Right of Withdrawal.
The “buy 3, pay for 2” discount applies to every 3 products in your cart. If the products you keep after a partial return still meet the promotion conditions, the discount is retained. If the conditions are no longer met, the promotional discount does not apply to the remaining products; the refund is calculated by deducting the undiscounted selling price of the products you keep from the total you paid for the order. Example: You paid 648 TL with buy 3, pay for 2 for Water-Repellent Spray (349 TL), Cleaning Foam (299 TL) and Shoe Deodorant (249 TL). If you return only the Water-Repellent Spray, you receive a refund of 100 TL because the undiscounted total of the two products you keep is 548 TL. If you return the entire order, the full 648 TL you paid is refunded.
7. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products whose protective elements have been opened after delivery and which are unsuitable for return for health and hygiene reasons, such as products that have been opened and used (sprayed or had foam dispensed).
8. Complaints and objections
You may send complaints to info@classmate.com.tr. In the event of a dispute, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee in your place of residence or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade; for disputes exceeding these limits, you may apply to the Consumer Court. Provisions on mediation as a prerequisite for litigation remain reserved.
9. Retention of the contract
This form and the Distance Sales Agreement are presented to you before you confirm your order. Order information is retained by the seller, and the order confirmation is sent to your email address. You can access these pages on the website at any time.
